This Quality Policy defines GMD Audits’ commitment to delivering high‑quality, independent audit services that meet client, regulatory, and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

GMD Audits is dedicated to providing independent, expert, QMS audit services to medical device manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors worldwide. Our mission is to strengthen compliance, enhance quality systems, and support safe and effective medical devices entering global markets.

To achieve this, we commit to:

 Delivering high‑quality, impartial audits

We provide rigorous, evidence‑based audits performed by competent, qualified auditors who uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

 Meeting client and regulatory requirements

We ensure our audit services align with internationally recognised standards and regulations, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, MDSAP, MDR, FDA QMSR, and other applicable standards and regulations.

 Continual improvement of our QMS

We actively monitor performance, gather client feedback, analyse risks and opportunities, and implement improvements that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

 Ensuring auditor competence and consistency

We maintain robust processes for auditor qualification and ongoing professional development to ensure consistent and reliable audit outcomes.

 Providing excellent client experience

We communicate clearly, respond promptly, and deliver audit reports that are accurate, timely, and actionable.

This policy supports GMD Audits’ strategic direction by reinforcing our position as a trusted global QMS audit partner, recognised for regulatory depth, independence, and practical, value‑adding audit delivery.

4.     Responsibilities

  • Leadership ensures this policy is implemented, maintained, and reviewed for continuing suitability.

  • All personnel and subcontract auditors are responsible for understanding and applying the principles of this policy in their work.

5.     Communication

This Quality Policy is:

  • Communicated to all personnel and subcontractors

  • Available on request to clients and interested parties

  • Published on the GMD Audits website

  • Reviewed annually during Management Review
